Privacy Policy

CoachRyte provides software to gyms. The gym (your organization) is the organization that decides what athlete, coach, and practice information is entered. CoachRyte processes that information to provide the Service. Stripe processes payment information as an independent payment processor.

Account information. Name, email, phone, password, gym name, role, and similar profile details when you sign up, are invited, or update settings.

Gym operations data. Team rosters, athlete names and related records, practice plans, 8 counts, formations, goals, notes, scoring usage, coach check-ins (including photos or videos you upload), practice feedback, and similar content you choose to store.

Billing information. Plan selection, subscription status, and billing emails. Card numbers are collected and stored by Stripe, not on CoachRyte servers. We receive limited billing details such as the last four digits, expiration month, and payment status.

Device and usage information. Sign-in session data, device/gym binding for PIN access, log data such as IP address and browser type, and pages or features you use as needed to operate and secure the Service.

We use information to:

• Create and authenticate accounts and gym memberships
• Provide practice tools, storage, and admin controls
• Process trials, subscriptions, invoices, and failed payments
• Provide support and respond to requests
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug issues
• Improve the product and communicate service-related notices

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer gym data to train public AI models.

CoachRyte is built for gyms and coaches, not for children to register themselves. We do not knowingly market the Service to children under 13. Gyms may enter information about minor athletes as part of running a program. The gym is responsible for having parental or guardian authority to collect and use that information, and for using CoachRyte in line with applicable youth-privacy laws.

If you believe we have information about a child that should not be in the Service, contact us and we will work with the gym to review and delete it where appropriate.

We share information only as needed to run CoachRyte:

• Inside your gym. Other users you invite can see information allowed by their role.
• Stripe. Name, email, and payment details necessary to start a trial, charge a subscription, manage tax, and prevent fraud. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Infrastructure providers. Hosting, database, and file storage vendors that process data only to provide the Service (for example, Supabase for authentication and data storage).
• Legal and safety. If required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember gym-device PIN binding, and complete checkout. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

We keep account and gym data while the gym’s account is active. After cancellation or deletion, we may retain limited records for billing, security, backups, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify remaining data in the ordinary course of operations. Gym admins can request export or deletion by emailing info@coachryte.com.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can update profile information in the app, control who on your staff has access, and cancel a subscription as described in the Terms Of Service. You can ask us to correct or delete account data, subject to records we must keep.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights to know, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined by law. CoachRyte does not sell personal information. To make a request, email us from the address on your account.

CoachRyte is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from another country, your information may be processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of CoachRyte after an update means you accept the revised policy.
